This
spectacular painted banner with a central eagle from
the General Henry Knox
Museum, was
glued to a board in the 1930's. Once the board was
removed, it was found that the banner was two-sided. A
specially designed mount with a very large window was
fabricated. The reverse side could then be easily seen
by a mirror that was supported below the displayed
banner. The mounting of this banner and two others from
Old Dutch Church, Kingston, NY was presented at AIC's
annual meeting.
